Application of CGH underground LPG tanks

CGH underground LPG tanks are a universal solution for storing propane–butane gases across a wide range of applications, such as:

Autogas – as fuel for passenger and commercial vehicles.

Industry – supporting production processes that require high-performance fuel.

Building heating – providing an independent source of thermal energy for residential and commercial buildings.

Domestic hot water production.

Intended use

The CGH product range covers capacities from 6.4 m³ to 1440 m³. We also manufacture other types of tanks to individual customer configurations on request.

Description:

  • Tanks manufactured in accordance with directive PED/2014/68/EU and standard AD 2000 or EN 13445.
  • Anti-corrosion coating: Polyurethane, resistant to 10 kV dielectric breakdown.
Capacity:
from 6,4 m³ to 1250m³
Diameter:
Standard: 1250, 1600, 2000, 2500, 2900 mm; up to 4500 mm on individual request.
Operating pressure:
15.6 bar (optional 17.6 bar or higher).
Operating temperature:
from -40°C to +50°C

External tank surface

  • Each CGH underground LPG tank is protected with an anti-corrosion polyurethane coating, guaranteeing durability and resistance to mechanical damage and external factors.
  • Each carbon steel tank is surface-prepared by abrasive blast cleaning in accordance with EN-ISO 8501-1, level Sa 2½, prior to application of the anti-corrosion coating.
