Drive-over steel manholes Type NA2, NA3, QNA4

NA-type steel manholes provide safe access to the access hatches of underground tanks installed beneath roadways and car parks. Their design allows direct installation on the tank manhole collar, which reduces installation time and simplifies maintenance work. The manholes are available in several size variants and with various anti-corrosion protection systems, making them easy to adapt to project requirements.

Robust construction

The manholes are made of high-rigidity steel elements. They easily bear loads from wheeled traffic and the weight of concrete covers.

Available variants (choice depends on the working environment and investor requirements): hot-dip galvanising, PUR coating, primer paint

Compatibility with drive-over covers

The design allows the installation of the most popular covers available on the market, including:

  • Watertight drive-over manhole cover with concrete surround 250 kN (class C) – 920×920×250 mm
  • Watertight drive-over manhole cover with concrete surround 250 kN (class C) – 1400×740×250 mm
  • Watertight cover 400 kN (WAD III) – 920×920×250 mm

This facilitates replacement or selection of equipment for specific load requirements.

Simple installation on the tank

The manholes are bolted to the manhole collar, which reduces earthworks and shortens installation time.

Three available versions:

  • NA2: 1400×1200 mm, height 950 mm, internal opening 920×920 mm
  • NA3: 1400×1200 mm, height 950 mm, internal opening 1400×740 mm
  • QNA4: 1200×1200 mm, height 950 mm, internal opening 920×920 mm

Gaining access to inspection hatches of underground tanks located in the traffic lane

Protection of the tank and infrastructure against loads resulting from vehicle traffic

Use in locations requiring high durability and resistance to environmental conditions

For installation on tanks equipped with manhole collars of 1400×1200 mm and 1200×1200 mm.
