The largest and most advanced paint shop hall in Poland
CGH follows a comprehensive approach to surface treatment. Our 2,600 m² paint shop hall guarantees a perfect finish for every tank.
The facility is equipped with:
- Two shot-blasting chambers (7.5 × 6 × 25 m) providing Sa 2.5 cleanliness level in accordance with ISO 8501-1
- PUR coating chambers with an automatic turning system and mechanical ventilation, ensuring ideal climate conditions during painting
- Three paint booths with heat recovery, controlling temperature and humidity for maximum painting and drying precision

Welding based on precision and control
CGH is one of the few manufacturers in Europe that uses certified welding technologies for austenitic steel with method 121, as well as low-carbon steel operating in extreme temperatures down to –50°C.
Automation for excellence
Thanks to the automated production line by Heinrichglück, all tanks are assembled with unmatched precision. Internal and external welds are performed using submerged arc welding, ensuring outstanding quality and long-term durability of every joint.

Perfect finishing and quality control
