CGH Sales Meeting: shared growth direction
Sales teams from all CGH local offices met to work on real business cases and analyze what truly makes customers choose our solutions. The focus was on successful projects, which were broken down step by step – from customer needs to the final solution.
During the meeting, we also discussed first orders in new segments and non-standard technical approaches that help us handle more demanding projects. An important part was sharing experience between markets and finding ways to transfer proven solutions faster across countries.
As a result, we achieved better team alignment, clearer priorities and strong motivation to continue growing CGH together in new markets.
