CGH Group signs agreement to acquire PROXMUS

We are pleased to announce that CGH Group, an international industrial group operating across multiple European and global markets, has signed an agreement to acquire PROXMUS.

Once the conditions of the transaction have been met and the transaction has closed, joining CGH Group will open new opportunities for PROXMUS and give customers of both companies access to a broader range of manufacturing and engineering capabilities.

PROXMUS will continue to develop its existing areas of expertise, including tanks, process equipment, technological installations and production lines, steel structures, CNC and heavy machining, as well as the maintenance and modernisation of machinery and equipment.

Combining PROXMUS’ experience and production capabilities with the international structure of CGH Group will allow us to deliver more comprehensive projects and respond even more effectively to the needs of industrial customers.

This marks another stage in our development and the beginning of a new chapter in the history of PROXMUS We will publish further updates on the progress of the transaction as they happen.
