ANCHORING WITH REINFORCED CONCRETE BEAMS

The BEAMS system is a modern approach to anchoring underground tanks, eliminating the need for traditional foundations and significantly speeding up the entire installation process. The use of prefabricated reinforced concrete beams allows for fast and stable tank placement directly on native soil or bedding material, which considerably shortens installation time and reduces construction costs. Components of the anchoring system:

  • Reinforced concrete beam – minimum dimensions: 300 × 300 × 4000 mm
  • Steel beam strap – stabilises the beam in the installation area
  • Threaded rod – connecting component of the anchoring system
  • Steel tank strap – ensures the tank is securely fastened to the anchoring system
  • Pin with cotter or bolt – connects the threaded rod with the beam strap
  • Strap connection clamp – enables durable fastening of all anchoring components

Installation guidelines:

  • Anchoring must be carried out in a way that ensures stability in all soil conditions
  • Concrete beams placed symmetrically on both sides of the tank
  • Beam length should match or exceed the length of the tank
